Community Guidelines

Moments is where Golizia members share AI-generated photos and videos created together in Future Vision and Dream Date with the wider Golizia community. Because Moments is visible to all users of the Service, everything you publish there must follow these Guidelines, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By publishing to Moments you confirm that you have read and agree to these Guidelines.

1. Every Post Needs Both People's Consent

• Every Moments photo and video is created from two people's likenesses. Both participants must approve a post — together with its exact caption — before it is published. Your partner sees precisely what you wrote; the caption cannot be changed after approval.
• Either person can remove a published post at any time, for any reason, without the other's agreement. When either of you blocks or unmatches the other, or deletes their account, your shared posts are removed automatically.
• Never use Moments to embarrass, mock, or humiliate the other person in the photo or video. A post your partner approved may still be removed if it is used to harass them.

2. All Photos and Videos Are AI-Generated

• Every Moments photo and video is generated by AI and is marked as AI-generated where required by law. These images and clips are imaginative artwork — they do not depict real events.
• Do not present Moments photos or videos, inside or outside the app, as real photographs or recordings, or use them to deceive or impersonate anyone.

3. What Is Not Allowed

Photos and videos are automatically screened before publication, and captions are checked as well. The following is never allowed on Moments:

• Sexual content or nudity — including suggestive or sexually provocative imagery.
• Violence or graphic content — depictions of violence, gore, self-harm, or dangerous acts.
• Harassment, hate, or bullying — content that attacks, threatens, demeans, or shames any person or group, including the other person in your post.
• Content involving minors — Golizia is an 18+ service. Any content sexualizing or endangering minors is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Impersonation or likeness misuse — publishing content that misrepresents who is depicted, or using someone's likeness in a way they have not consented to.
• Spam, scams, and solicitation — advertising, promotions, requests for money, or attempts to move people to other platforms. Captions may not contain phone numbers, messenger handles, links, or other contact information.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, including content promoting illegal goods or services.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

• Every photo and video is screened by automated systems before it becomes visible. Posts that fail screening are rejected and cannot be published.
• Content removed for violating these Guidelines cannot be re-published.
• Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may remove content, restrict access to Moments, or suspend or terminate the offending account, as set out in the Terms of Use.

5. Report and Block

• If you see a post that violates these Guidelines, open the post's menu and choose Report. Reports are confidential — the poster is not told who reported them.
• You can also block the poster from the same menu. Blocking hides all of their posts from you and prevents further contact between you.
• Our moderation team reviews reports promptly — normally within 24 hours — and takes action on objectionable content and the users responsible for it.

一、每則貼文都需要雙方同意

• 每張「動態」照片與每段影片都由兩個人的肖像共同生成。貼文必須經雙方核准——連同其確切的文字說明——才會發布。您的另一半會看到您所寫的完整內容；文字說明在核准後即無法更改。
• 任一方都可以隨時移除已發布的貼文，無須任何理由，也無須對方同意。當任一方封鎖或解除配對，或刪除帳號時，你們共同的貼文將自動移除。
• 切勿利用「動態」使照片或影片中的另一方難堪、受到嘲弄或羞辱。即使對方曾核准該貼文，若貼文被用於騷擾對方，仍可能被移除。

二、所有照片與影片均為 AI 生成

• 每張「動態」照片與每段影片均由 AI 生成，並在法律要求時附有「AI 生成」標示。這些影像與影片是想像創作，並非真實事件的紀錄。
• 請勿在應用程式內外將「動態」照片或影片當作真實照片或錄影呈現，或用於欺騙、冒充任何人。

三、禁止的內容

照片與影片在發布前會經過自動審查，文字說明亦會受到檢查。「動態」中絕不允許以下內容：

• 色情或裸露內容——包括帶有性暗示或性挑逗意味的影像。
• 暴力或血腥內容——描繪暴力、血腥、自我傷害或危險行為的內容。
• 騷擾、仇恨或霸凌——攻擊、威脅、貶低或羞辱任何個人或群體的內容，包括貼文中的另一方。
• 涉及未成年人的內容——Golizia 為 18 歲以上服務。任何性化或危害未成年人的內容均被禁止，並將通報相關主管機關。
• 冒充或濫用肖像——發布不實呈現照片中人物身分的內容，或以他人未同意的方式使用其肖像。
• 垃圾訊息、詐騙與招攬——廣告、宣傳、要求金錢，或試圖將他人引導至其他平台。文字說明中不得包含電話號碼、通訊軟體帳號、連結或其他聯絡方式。
• 違法內容——任何違反適用法律的內容，包括宣傳非法商品或服務的內容。

四、審查與執行

• 每張照片與每段影片在公開前都會經過自動系統審查。未通過審查的貼文將被拒絕，無法發布。
• 因違反本守則而被移除的內容，無法再次發布。
• 依違規的嚴重程度與頻率，我們可能移除內容、限制「動態」功能的使用，或依使用條款暫停或終止違規帳號。

五、檢舉與封鎖

• 若您看到違反本守則的貼文，請開啟貼文選單並選擇檢舉。檢舉為保密處理——發布者不會知道檢舉人的身分。
• 您也可以在同一選單中封鎖發布者。封鎖後，對方的所有貼文將不再向您顯示，雙方亦無法再互相聯繫。
• 我們的審核團隊會盡速處理檢舉——通常於 24 小時內——並對不當內容及相關用戶採取行動。
