To provide enhanced features and services, the Platform collects the following types of information during your use of our services:
If you log in or link your account via third-party services (e.g., social media or third-party authentication), those services may share necessary personal data with us, limited to the scope of your authorization.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Depending on the SDK version, platform, device permissions, privacy choices and applicable settings, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as an IP address and approximate location derived from it, device identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, perform analytics, and prevent fraud or abuse. Ad personalization depends on the applicable settings and choices.
Google's use of information in connection with its advertising services is described in its privacy information. The advertising processing described here is subject to the applicable Google advertising and privacy terms, and is addressed separately from our use of service providers solely to perform delegated tasks. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions and to support billing-related account enquiries. Information processed for these purposes includes your Golizia account identifier, email address and display name, identifiers generated by RevenueCat's SDK, and purchase and subscription information. An SDK-generated identifier does not by itself mean that the associated information is anonymous or cannot be linked to a person.
Certain optional features — such as the "Future Vision" AI portrait feature — use a third-party artificial-intelligence provider to generate images. When you choose to use such a feature and give your explicit in-app consent, the photo you submit is transmitted to our third-party AI provider (Fal.ai, Inc.) solely to generate the requested images on our behalf. The provider processes your photo only for that purpose and not to train its own models. We never share your submitted photo with the other user, and the generated images are AI-created and carry an embedded "AI-generated" marker. These features are optional and provided for entertainment only; the generated images are artistic impressions, not a prediction or depiction of any real person.
The Platform may disclose data in compliance with legal requests from government or judicial authorities under applicable laws. If deemed necessary to protect the rights of the Platform or its users, data may also be disclosed to relevant authorities.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, user data may be part of the transaction. Users will be notified within reasonable limits before the transaction concludes, and the data recipient must comply with this Policy or equivalent protection standards.
Your data will be retained as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law or contractual obligations. If you delete your account or request data removal, we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. However, some data may be retained for legal compliance or dispute resolution purposes.
AI feature photos: Photos you submit to optional AI features (e.g., "Future Vision") are retained only as long as needed to provide that feature and are deleted when the feature's result expires (no later than 7 days), or sooner if you delete the session or your account. They are used only to generate your requested images and are not used for biometric identification or to build a facial-recognition profile.
A provider's acceptance of a deletion request and completion of Golizia account removal are separate events. Acceptance does not confirm that every provider copy has been erased. A status check that finds no provider record describes the result of that check, not verified removal of every copy. Deleting your account or provider records does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage your subscription through the relevant store.
We employ commercially reasonable technical and managerial measures, such as encryption (SSL/TLS), access controls, and permission management, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If data is transferred across borders, we ensure that the recipient has equivalent or stricter data protection measures in place.
Users must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age as applicable in their jurisdiction). The Platform implements an age gate mechanism, typically requiring users to provide their date of birth, to verify they meet this age requirement before they can register an account or access certain features. The Platform does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals it identifies as minors (under 18 or the applicable legal age). Accounts of users found to be underage will be terminated, and associated personal data deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
We use cookies, SDKs, and similar tools to enhance user experience, remember preferences, personalize content, and analyze traffic. You can manage or delete cookies via browser or device settings, but some features may be unavailable as a result.
Where offered, you can access Ad privacy choices from the app's Account section or its sign-in screen to review or change the available advertising choices. The options presented depend on your location, the applicable message settings and the app version. Where the US-state advertising opt-out is available, opting out communicates your choice to Google to restrict processing for applicable ad requests. Personalized ads may otherwise be available when permitted by your settings and applicable requirements.
Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop information used for ad delivery, measurement or fraud prevention from being processed. Device advertising and tracking permissions can also affect available identifiers and personalization.
This Policy may be revised due to changes in laws, Marketplace Guidelines, or services. Updated content will be prominently displayed on the Platform, and users will be notified within reasonable means (e.g., email or in-app notifications). Continued use after revisions signifies agreement to the updated terms.
