Welcome to Golizia (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "the Platform"). These Terms are intended to regulate your (hereinafter referred to as "User") rights and obligations when using the Service. To ensure compliance with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policy (collectively referred to as "Marketplace Guidelines"), as well as relevant laws and regulations, please read and agree to the following terms carefully before registering or using the Service.

If you do not fully agree to the following Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Service. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1: User Eligibility

Legal Age Restriction and Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age required by your local jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use the Service.
• The Platform implements an age verification process (age gate) during registration or before accessing certain features. You will be required to provide your date of birth to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. Only users verified to be 18 years or older are permitted to create an account and use the Service.
• The Platform strictly prohibits minors (individuals under 18 years of age or the applicable legal age of majority) from registering, using, or participating in any activities. If an account is discovered to belong to a minor, or if age verification cannot be successfully completed, access will be denied, and any existing account may be terminated or deleted immediately.

Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to act and be responsible for all actions taken on the Platform.

Article 2: Purpose and Positioning

High-End Social / Elite Networking / Serious Relationships

The Service is dedicated to providing a platform that meets high-quality social, networking, or relationship-building needs, helping Users establish meaningful and beneficial connections.

Prohibited Uses

• The Platform is solely for promoting legitimate interactions or relationships between Users. Any use for prostitution, adult services, solicitation, or activities violating laws and Marketplace Guidelines is strictly prohibited.
• You must ensure compliance with local laws and regulations when using the Service. The Platform reserves the right to suspend services and delete accounts if any violations are identified.

Article 3: User Content and Behavior Guidelines

User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Users may upload text, images, personal data, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "User Content").
• User Content must be truthful, legal, and not misleading. It must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights.

Prohibited Content

• Content involving violence, hate, racism, obscenity, pornography, solicitation, drug use, fraud, terrorism, or inappropriate content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• The Platform reserves the right to remove or block any content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or violating Marketplace Guidelines.

User Interaction Behavior

• You must adhere to etiquette and respect others during interactions. Harassment, threats, discrimination, defamation, or other inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
• Upon receiving complaints or reports of alleged violations, the Platform has the right to investigate and take necessary measures, including account suspension.

Article 4: Account Management

Account Registration and Accuracy

• You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including information required for age verification. Update your information as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Impersonation or use of false information is prohibited.

Security

Keep your account password and authentication information secure. Notify the Platform immediately if unauthorized use is detected.

Account Deactivation

You may request account deletion through the Platform's designated procedures. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or legal requirements.

Article 5: Fees and Membership

Payment

The Platform may offer free or paid memberships and services. Payment details and terms will be displayed on purchase or subscription pages.

Refunds

Refund requests must comply with applicable local laws and the Platform's policies (if available). Refunds for payments made via Apple App Store or Google Play must follow their respective rules.

Article 6: Privacy and Data Protection

Privacy Policy

The Platform prioritizes user data protection and complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, including data provided for age verification.

Data Security

The Platform employs commercially reasonable measures to protect user data but does not guarantee against unauthorized access or breaches.

Article 7: Violation Handling

Violation Determination

The Platform may take measures such as warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans for violations of these Terms, Marketplace Guidelines, or laws.

Account Bans

Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account bans without prior notice.

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

The Platform strives to maintain service stability but is not liable for interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or maintenance.

User Interaction Risks

You are solely responsible for evaluating and assuming risks associated with interactions on the Platform.

Article 9: Amendments and Updates

Terms Revision

The Platform may revise these Terms and notify users through email, app notifications, or website announcements. Continued use constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

Article 10: SMS Communications and Verification Codes

When you use certain features of the Service, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for account security, you may opt to receive SMS messages from Golizia. By providing your mobile phone number (after successful age verification) and requesting such features, you consent to receive these SMS messages.

• Purpose of SMS: SMS messages will be used primarily for sending one-time verification codes (2FA codes) to verify your identity and secure your account.
• Message Frequency: You will receive SMS messages on a per-request basis. For example, one 2FA code will be sent each time you initiate a login or an action that requires SMS verification. These are not recurring subscription messages.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received in connection with the Service, as per your mobile carrier's plan. Golizia is not responsible for these charges.
• Opt-Out Information: For transactional SMS messages like 2FA codes, which are sent upon your direct request, opting out means you may not be able to use features that require SMS verification. If you wish to stop receiving these verification codes, you would typically disable 2FA in your account settings or cease requesting actions that trigger them. For any concerns or to inquire about managing SMS communications, you can contact our support. If you reply "STOP" to an SMS from us, we will make reasonable efforts to cease sending further SMS messages to that number for that specific campaign, though this may impact your ability to access or secure your account.

Article 11: Miscellaneous

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Platform's registered location. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
